Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have
14 days from receipt of your order
to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to
give a reason for your decision.

CONDITIONS

The item must be returned complete, unwashed, un-
altered, with its original tags. Trying on is
allowed; wearing is not.

PROCEDURE

All return requests must be made in writing to
contact@btyconcept.com, stating the order
number. A parcel sent back without a prior request
will not be processed.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for
defective or non-conforming items or shipping errors:
in those cases BTY covers the return and the replacement.

REFUND

The refund is issued within 14 days of
receipt of the returned item, to the payment method
used for the purchase.

LEGAL WARRANTIES

Independently of this policy, you benefit from the
2-year legal warranty of conformity and the warranty
against hidden defects.
