Shipping costs
Shipping is included in the price of our items, in France and internationally. No extra fees are added at checkout.
Made to order
Every BTY Concept piece is made to order, which avoids overproduction and unsold stock. The total lead time includes production and then transit.
Estimated lead times
- Production: 1 to 3 business days
- Transit: 9 to 14 business days
- Usual total lead time: 10 to 17 business days after ordering
These lead times are estimates. They may vary depending on the item, the destination and peak periods such as the year-end holidays. The estimated delivery date is stated in the shipping confirmation email.
Shipping zones
Metropolitan France, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and United Arab Emirates.
Order tracking
An email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your order ships. An order with several items may arrive in several parcels, as each piece is made separately.
Duties and taxes outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country. They are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days at contact@btyconcept.com, with a photo. If your parcel hasn't arrived on time, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
