Article 3 — Products
The products offered for sale are described with their essential characteristics on the product pages of the site. Photographs and visuals are as faithful as possible but cannot bind the Seller with respect to slight variations (in particular in shade or print rendering) inherent in the made-to-order manufacturing process.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). As VAT is not applicable (franchise en base), prices are net. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Article 5 — Order
The Customer selects the products, confirms their cart, enters their shipping information, accepts these GTCS and then proceeds to payment. The sale is considered final after confirmation of the order by email.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online by bank card or any other means offered on the site, via a secure payment solution. The order is only processed after the payment has actually been received.
Article 7 — Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are given for information only and include the made-to-order manufacturing time as well as the transit time. If a product is damaged on receipt, the Customer must inform the Seller within 14 days.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. The refund is made within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product.
To exercise this right, the Customer has access to an online withdrawal function, available at any time from the “Withdraw from the contract here” link in the site footer, or directly at btyconcept.com/pages/eu-formulaire-retractation. They enter their order number, select the items concerned and confirm their withdrawal. An acknowledgment of receipt is automatically sent to them by email.
The Customer may also send the Seller, before the period expires, the form in article 9 or any other statement unambiguously expressing their decision to withdraw, by email to contact@btyconcept.com.
Article 9 — Model Withdrawal Form
“I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for the order of the goods below: Order No. […] placed on […], received on […]. Customer name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […].”
Article 10 — Legal Warranties
- Legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): the Customer has 2 years from delivery of the goods to take action.
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): the Customer may take action within 2 years from discovery of the defect.
Article 11 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute with the Seller. The Seller is a member of the following mediation service:
- CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice
- Address: 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris
- Website: www.cm2c.net
- Phone: 01 89 47 00 14
Before referring the matter to the mediator, the Customer must have attempted to resolve the dispute directly with the Seller through a written complaint sent to contact@btyconcept.com.

Data collected in connection with the order is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy. The Customer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection provided for by the GDPR.
Article 13 — Governing Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt to find an amicable solution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
